This doctor is professional and caring, has patience, the process of treatment (Wisdom teeth removal, root canal surgery) was patient-friendly, he definitely takes care of patients' feelings, and he is an expert in his field.
Doctor Wai is efficient and effective, the whole process was almost painless!

I felt a pain in my Laniary from time to time, so I went to a doctor for consultation, that doctor suggested me to remove it, but I know that the Laniary removal would be permanent, and that my Laniary will not grow back. So, later on I found Doctor Wai, and he suggested me to do a root canal surgery. I did that surgery twice, and had a custom-made braces on, after that my Laniary is saved. At first it felt a little weird, like the tooth does not belong to me or something, but slowly I got used to the sensation, and there is no more rejection feeling, and I now feel natural and comfortable.
Doctor Wai is really trustworthy, a big thumbs up for him, he explained, in detail, the whole process of the root canal surgery beforehand, and things to note as well, which gives me confidence in doing the surgery. He is a very nice person, well-mannered and professional, and great surgical skills. He is definitely my docor in the future.
