Before I was lazy when brushing my teeth, and so after a long while I started noticing bleeding gums, and swollen gums too. Dr. Cheng told me this is the initial stage of Periodontal disease, and he taught me how to brush my teeth correctly, and introduce me the right toothbrush, dental floss and mouthwash. After that, I don't have anymore bleeding gums. Up until now I do regular checkups annually as well as teeth scaling.
