本人是在銀行工作的，08年遇上金融海嘯，面臨要被裁員，當時害怕若真的被裁出而找不到工作，又要供樓養家。因為一家大細的收入來源都係從我而來，怕股票變得唔值錢，壓力大到無法釋放，不知如何是好，經常自覺很無用，精神差又緊張，愈來愈少同人說話。

身邊的同事及經理都建議我去睇醫生，於是便去睇張建良醫生，佢除左開藥外，更建議我從日常生活治療我的問題，例如做運動及多同家人溝通等。 張醫生好好人，他時常跟我說辦法總比困難多，叫我多D同太太商量，一定有解決到的辦法，我好感激張醫生同我身邊的人讓我能渡過此難關！

I previously went to various doctors and was not able to find anyone i could trust, tried medicines that didnt help me... until i found dr Cheung, he\\\'s very professional, always very patient, explains your situation in details...like other patients say, he puts you on medication that helps and i was able to see the results within a period of time.

媽媽自從生了弟弟及轉了新工作後，便患有焦慮症，困擾咗兩、三年，經朋友介紹睇張建良醫生。

初時，我們發現媽媽會經常在出門前，三番四次檢查窗戶或爐具有否關上，神情十分緊張，以及浪費大量時間綁鞋帶，以求達致理想等等。情緒又容易暴躁，甚至會有時自閉在家不外出，常常感到焦躁不安以及失眠。後來經張醫生治療大半年，之後便漸漸康復過來了，真的很感謝張醫生！
